Hi, I just received my blind today and wanted to say thanks. I absolutely LOVE it! My husband just put it up in the kitchen and it was cut beautifully. Thanks also for sending the sample of Ecowood. The ecowood blinds I'm thinking of getting would go behind curtains, so I wasn't as fussed about whether they looked real or not - but they do look real! In fact there wasn't a significant difference I found between the basswood and the ecowood - except that the kitchen basswood blind is a "feature" (i.e not covered by a curtain) blind, so I wanted to make sure I got the better one for it. Again, I'm so pleased and I have lots of other windows (too many windows actually) so I'll be in touch over the coming weeks or months to order more from you. The online help was great too.
